Not an totally negative experience, but could've been a bit better. I realize the bouquet I selected was a florist choice, but the example on the website and what my girlfriend received were quite different. The flowers were clumped together instead of dispersed through the bouquet and looked wilted/low quality. The greenery in the bouquet did not fit the theme and was very large and again clumped together. I did request some blue flowers which they were able to do. Overall, not what I expected after paying nearly $100. Additionally, the ordering form on the website allows you to schedule delivery for Sundays and Mondays, but the store is closed that day and it won't be delivered. This was my mistake, but still a bit confusing and I even received an email saying it was delivered on a Monday.

The flowers I sent my grandma were beyond what I expected. Absolutely beautiful! I stopped using those online flower companies and decided to just Google local shops and I'm so glad I chose Floral Excellence. Will use them again if I ever need flowers!

I have found a new favorite florist! My Great Uncle owned a floral shop before he retired, so our family knows a thing or two about flowers. Floral Excellence lives up to their name!!! Erin did an amazing job on these corsages for one of the biggest events of the summer for these little girls, The Daddy Daughter Dance at The Venue at Goebbert’s. Erin helped us with our order and she was the absolute best! I had pictures of the girls dresses with me and she took the time to look at them and then helped us decide what flowers and colors would look best. She was so enthusiastic, I could definitely tell flowers are her passion. She showed us picture samples and the ribbon she had available. I couldn’t have been happier with my experience there. Then when I picked up the flowers and saw what a beautiful job they did, I knew I’d be going back there for all floral needs.

I came over from out of state to visit my girl and other than how beautifully this flowers opened i just leave you whith a hint of her smile of how happy she was. They were super helpful and on time on their delivery. If that is not a whole package for you, then i do not know what you would be looking for. And the price was just fair.

Floral Excellence really lived up to their name! All the arrangements for my daughter's wedding were gorgeous. Jaimie worked with us on the phone and in person to get just what she wanted at a very reasonable price. She understood my daughter's vision, and when a substitution was needed she found a perfect fit. Delivery was on time and she adjusted pew flowers on site. THANK YOU!
